Another One Bite The Live Prawn

Another Diamond Trevally was caught this morning 22th May 2009@1130hrs when tide going down.It was hot and sunny day mission to target big game but my same small rod got another hit of Diamond Trevally maybe dah rezeki for me Alamdulilah syukur rezeki hasil laut.Sometime i telling to myself to surf fishing for big game from shore must be alot of patience dun give up hope one day will come to hit the big one Insyaallah.Isa signing offff.....tight line and screaming reel.

Diamond Trevally

On the 25th April 2009 i went fishing to the same place i usually surf fishing for big game. When alone that day it was hot and sunny so i told myself to buy 100g of live prawn to target Diamond Trevally a.k.a Chermin for my small rod. About 1330hrs when tide going down i saw my small rod bent like hell sprint to the rod pick up and gave a light strike i saw Chermin swimming from left to right for her life but after few minute subdue the fish to the shore. It was my first Chermin very happy that day and end result makan Sweet & Sour cooked by my wife Poweeeer!!!! Isa signing off tight line and screaming reel.

Used every bit of baits until there's nothing left....still no fish.

The SAwSay Redemption

Its been awhile that Ive written something in this blog. Today im going to scribble a few words about Team Nelayan INC. The Team when on a boat trip last Saturday. What a fruitful trip it was! Below are a few pics for all fishing kakis to enjoy!

The Team was formed in the mid of 2006. Starting from jetty fishing to surfcasting. It is Mr Gensek who introduced us to this hobby. 

We were actually hooked on tamban jigging at first especially at bedok jetty. From there we moved on slowly and get to know a lot people. People who willingly share their "secrets" to us.

Learning from Obek, Big Fish, Ah Kim, Rizan Of SSB, Apek Jepun, Man Koboi and a few more people along the way. Thank You All!!

Our Team member Pai got this two Barramundi from his two trip around Changi area last month Aug 08.He using live prawn and his special rig (thx Big_Fish) that landed this two fish. Wah Power dah ....! let that no need to go to market two trip two Barramundi. Tight line and screaming reel- Isa.
